The clients brief for this project was to increase the Kitchen space and open up the rear of the existing accommodation to incorporate an open plan Living/Dining space. This project consisted of a rear extension the full width of the clients property to incorporate the new Living, Kitchen, Dining space with increased utility room provision off the Kitchen area.
