We carried out a comprehensive renovation on the building, including the removal of the rear section to create an open floor plan and the implementation of a structural steel frame system to support the new design. The roof was also redesigned to match the new aesthetic of the building. As a result, two master bedrooms and two bathrooms were added to the newly converted attic space, providing additional living space and increasing the property’s value. The renovation was executed with precision and attention to detail, resulting in a high quality finished product.

Additionally, the property was stripped back to its bare bones and the flooring, electrics, plumbing, and heating system were all replaced with new, high-quality materials. The garage was also converted into a media room to provide additional living space. The entire house was plastered and decorated, with new tiles added to the bathrooms and kitchen, and a new staircase was installed to complement the updated design. The end result is a fully modernised and updated property that is both functional and visually appealing.
